Founding Engineer
Own complete systems end-to-end and build the execution layer for prediction markets, working directly with the founders. You'll ship a production feature for active traders in your first week.
Total comp:$130K–$175K + 0.50%–1.50% equity

Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing, shipping, and operating production systems
- Fluency in Python, Go, or Rust, with full-stack capability
- Strong system design for low-latency, scalable applications
- AI-native by default, using automation to multiply your output
- Fintech or trading experience is a plus
Financial Operations Lead
Join as our founding financial operations leader and build the finance function for our FCM: fund segregation, regulatory filings, and audit-ready controls.
Total comp:$140K–$250K + 0.2%–0.5% equity

Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years at an NFA-regulated entity: FCM, introducing broker, swap dealer, or DCM
- Direct experience with customer-fund segregation and NFA/CFTC reporting
- Strong accounting fundamentals and audit readiness
- Bonus: FCM launch experience, crypto market infrastructure, Excel/Python/SQL
